Suzy has a Secret
By S Jackson and A.Raymond
This is a topic you don’t see everyday. Child abuse—inappropriate touching and the abuser demanding silence from the abused. In other words—keeping a “secret.”
The first part is a young child’s story book about what happened one afternoon to a little girl named Suzie. Sworn to secrecy by an uncle, fortunately, Suzie has a best friend who insists she tell her parents.
The second part explains how to communicate with a child about predatory behavior from an adult. Not to think it’s “their fault” and to open up to parents, teachers and other trusted adults.
An excellent book for all adults to keep their children safe from predators.
